公司組織機(jī)構(gòu)健全，專業(yè)設(shè)備齊全，現(xiàn)有員工188人，擁有一大批高中級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)人才。其中甘肅省 工程勘察大師3人、甘肅省領(lǐng)軍人才1人、注冊(cè)土木工程師（巖土）19人、注冊(cè)測(cè)繪師8人、其他各類注冊(cè) 人員9人，正高級(jí)工程師10人、高級(jí)工程師35人及一批經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的高水平探測(cè)檢測(cè)精英隊(duì)伍。配備有先進(jìn) 的勘探測(cè)試設(shè)備、測(cè)量?jī)x器、管道清淤與修復(fù)設(shè)備、智慧平臺(tái)服務(wù)器和設(shè)備齊全精良的檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)中心。

Gansu CSCEC Municipal Engineering Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. originated from the Survey Branch of Northwest Municipal Engineering Design Institute, which was founded in January 1959. It is an independent legal entity separated from the restructured Northwest Municipal Engineering Design Institute and affiliated to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC). Over the past more than 60 years, the company has always adhered to the development philosophy of "taking professionalism as the foundation, innovation as the driving force, and quality as the paramount", and has been deeply engaged in the field of engineering survey and mapping for decades, committed to providing customers with full-industry-chain and multi-dimensional engineering technical solutions.
The company holds a series of qualifications, including Class-A Comprehensive Qualification for Engineering Survey (covering geotechnical engineering, hydrogeological survey, and engineering surveying), Class-A Qualification for Geotechnical Engineering Testing, Class-A Qualification for Foundation and Substructure Testing, Class-A Qualification for Surveying and Mapping (engineering surveying), Class-B Qualification for Surveying and Mapping (aerial surveying and mapping, photogrammetry and remote sensing, boundary and real estate surveying and mapping, geographic information system engineering), Class-B Qualification for Geological Hazard Assessment and Control Engineering Survey and Design, Class-II Qualification for General Contracting of Municipal Public Works, and CMA certification for inspection and testing institutions (including hidden danger detection of gas, water supply, drainage, heating pipelines and various engineering inspection and testing). It has passed the certification of quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems and metrological certification, and has been successively rated as a high-tech enterprise, a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and novel small and medium-sized enterprise, and the most dynamic medium-sized enterprise in the geographic information industry. Currently, it is the host unit of the Engineering Survey and Geotechnical Work Committee of Gansu Survey and Design Association and the Engineering Survey Professional Academic Committee of Gansu Civil Engineering and Architecture Society. The company can undertake a variety of technical service businesses without restrictions on industries and regions, such as geotechnical engineering survey, geotechnical engineering design, geotechnical engineering testing and experimentation, geotechnical engineering detection and monitoring, foundation and main structure detection, engineering geophysical exploration, engineering surveying, exploration of underground pipe networks and underground disease bodies, pipeline dredging and trenchless repair, contracted water-saving services, contracted energy management, digital twin scene modeling services, urban physical examination and evaluation, special physical examination and evaluation of urban lifelines, construction of various urban digital governance platforms and CIM+ applications (such as urban lifeline safety operation monitoring system, urban physical examination and evaluation system, urban operation management service platform, digital housing and urban-rural development platform, etc.), and construction of intelligent management platforms for various enterprises and institutions (such as smart water affairs, smart gas, smart heating, smart parks, etc.).
The company has a sound organizational structure and complete professional equipment, with 188 employees currently, including a large number of senior and intermediate professional and technical talents. Among them, there are 3 Gansu Provincial Engineering Survey Masters, 1 Gansu Provincial Leading Talent, 19 registered civil engineers (geotechnical), 8 registered surveyors, 9 other types of registered personnel, 10 senior engineers, 35 associate senior engineers, and a team of experienced and high-level detection and testing elites. It is equipped with advanced exploration and testing equipment, surveying instruments, pipeline dredging and repair equipment, smart platform servers, and a well-equipped and sophisticated testing and experimentation center.

We have completed more than 1,000 engineering projects at home and abroad, with business footprints covering Gansu, Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Guangdong, Fujian, Guizhou, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Shanxi, Hainan, Tibet and other provinces and cities. At the same time, we have undertaken and participated in overseas business in Ghana, Nepal, Bangladesh, Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, Angola and other countries. Our services involve many fields such as municipal engineering, industrial and civil construction, civil aviation and rail transit, ecological environmental protection, water conservancy and hydropower, energy and chemical industry, urban physical examination, and cultural relics protection.
The company takes technological innovation as the engine, with its business radiating to multi-field coordinated development. It has accumulated rich experience in the survey and treatment of special rocks and soils such as collapsible loess, soft soil, large-thickness fill, crushed stone soil, saline soil, and Neogene soft rock, as well as in the design of high slopes and deep foundation pits in complex environments, and the exploration and detection of underground pipe networks. It is one of the few units in the industry that simultaneously have CMA hidden danger detection qualifications for urban lifeline facilities such as water supply, drainage, heating, and gas. In recent years, the company has established a Smart City Innovation and Research Center, and carried out in-depth cooperation with universities and research institutions. Driven by "data + intelligence" to promote business transformation, it adheres to the responsibility of establishing high-quality data assets, the mission of strengthening urban safety and resilience, and the goal of empowering urban wisdom. It has independently developed urban lifeline safety risk automatic assessment algorithms, digital twin CIM platforms based on domestic components, and CIM+ applications, thus building core competitiveness in the fields of urban lifeline safety engineering and digital housing and urban-rural development. It has made outstanding achievements in water environment governance, sewage quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, water supply pipe network leakage control, full-cycle operation and maintenance management of urban lifelines, and the construction of "digital housing and urban-rural development" management platform system, enjoying a high reputation inside and outside the province. It has successively won more than 60 national and provincial excellent survey and design awards and provincial scientific and technological progress awards, obtained more than 120 invention patents, utility model patents, and software copyrights, and edited and participated in the compilation of more than 40 national standards, industry standards, group standards, local standards and other technical standards, making positive contributions to the development and digital transformation of the engineering survey industry, surveying and mapping, and geographic information industry.
